How to Stop AI Models from Scraping Your Personal Data

How to Take Back Control:

• The Robots.txt Fix: As we discussed in our technical guides, adding specific "Disallow" tags for AI bots (like GPTBot or CCBot) tells ethical scrapers to stay away.

• Metadata Poisoning: Tools like "Nightshade" or "Glaze" can now be used on your images. They look normal to humans but "break" the AI's ability to learn from the image.
